We specialise in steel fabrication and erecting structural steel.

We have licensed dogmen, riggers and crane drivers on our staff. All site workers have the construction industry OH&S blue and green card (equal to Victorian red card).

We have a large workshop; 112 meters long x 13 meters wide x 8 meters high with 3 off 5 Ton overhead cranes.

Machinery in the workshop:

120 ton punch and shear machine, 100 ton break press, band saws, guillotine, radial arm drill, profile cutting to 75mm, Milling machine, lathes, and enclosed blast room (blast mobile for site work). Welders: Mig, tig, stick and petrol.

Plant:

2 ton and 6 ton trucks, 3 off service vehicles, bobcat, forklifts, 3 off scissor lifts, a 30ft and 70ft boom lift & a P&H-T550 1986 50 ton crane with a 56 meter boom length, 90 ton 1090/2 Liebherr crane, maximum height of 72m with biparted swing away jib, maximum radius of 56m with biparted swing-away jib – all workcover approved.

Experience:

We have experience with most mine related work; maintenance to plant, fabrication of screens and other heavy constructions, custom made conveyers, rebuild to crushers, maintenance to skip overhauls, reline to Toro trays, stairways, platforms and walkways, etc.

We specialise in fabricate and erect structural steel. Small sheds, Industrial sheds, and buildings.

We also fabricate custom-made roo bars, trays and trailers and have staff that can work with both stainless steel and aluminum.

We keep most common sizes of steel in stock.
